Hebei Huatian Food Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in natural spices. Since its founding in 1992, we have been processing and exporting chili products to Japan. Our main products include dried chili, chili powder, crushed chili, chili rings, chili shreds, chili sections, shichimi togarashi, sweet paprika powder, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, garlic granules, star anise, cassia bark, Chinese prickly ash and so on. Our products are mainly sold to food enterprises in Japan, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the European Union and Southeast Asia.

Hebei Huatian Food Co., Ltd. has 95 employees, including 20 professional and technical personnel, with a fixed asset of 21 million RMB. The company covers a land area of 15,676 square meters and a building area of 20,500 square meters, equipped with a cold storage with a capacity of 2,500 MT and an annual output of 6,000 MT.

Located in Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, we are adjacent to the G4 Expressway and only 20 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang International Airport, enjoying extremely convenient transportation.

Our company is equipped with over 190 sets of production and inspection & monitoring equipment, including dust removers, debris separators, stone separators, iron removers, specific gravity sorters, winnowing machines, color sorters, washing equipment, hot air dryers, microwave drying equipment, ring cutting machines, shredders, grinders, screening machines, mixers, roasting equipment, metal detectors, packaging machines, electromagnetic wave sterilization equipment and steam sterilization equipment. Among them, our steam sterilization equipment is applicable to the processing of various spices, and can well maintain the microbial safety, color, aroma and taste of products in line with domestic and international industry standards. Our laboratory is furnished with sophisticated testing instruments and professional technical personnel. In addition to testing conventional indicators such as appearance, color, aroma, taste, imperfect particles, particle size, density, impurities, moisture, total ash and acid-insoluble ash, we are also capable of accurately detecting physicochemical and microbial indicators including capsaicin, red pigment, piperine, non-volatile ether extract, crude fiber, protein, sulfur dioxide, volatile oil, oil content, peroxide value, acid value, sodium chloride, total plate count (TPC), coliforms, molds & yeasts and thermophilic bacteria. These testing capabilities provide solid technical support for our strict quality control system.
